Prof. Frank T. Anbari, PhD of Project Management and Quality Enhancement, MBA, MS Engineering, PMP®, PE, and ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, is an International Editorial Advisor for PMForum and PM World Today. Dr. Anbari is Professor of Project Management at the Goodwin College of Professional Studies at Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. He previously served as a Faculty member and Director of the Project Management Program at The George Washington University, and taught in the graduate and executive development programs at Penn State University, the University of Texas at Dallas, and Drexel University. He developed and taught courses and seminars in project management, quality management, and Six Sigma method, for public sector and private industry organizations globally. Dr. Anbari serves as member of the Editorial Boards of Project Management Journal, International Journal of Project Management, and International Journal of Managing Projects in Business, and as Chair, PMI® Educational Foundation Awards and Scholarships Judges Committee. He served as Vice President–Education and Certification, PMI® College of Performance Management, and as examiner (1993–1995) and alumni examiner (1999–2000) for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Dr. Anbari conducts rigorous research, presents widely, and publishes extensively on significant, timely topics in project management, quality enhancement, technology management, and Lean Six Sigma. He is co-recipient of competitive research grants from PMI® and IBM®, and the Outstanding Research Contribution 2008 from the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
